2008 Presidential Election

I added a few links to the side of the web page. It's a few of the presidential candidates I'm keeping an eye on.

What's on my iPod.

A little peek into what's in my iPod these days.

Watershed Project

Couple of weeks ago, I participated in a volunteer event through my work to help with the Watershed Project to restore native grasslands along the Bay. It was a pretty cool event. We planted about 300 new plants!

Kristen's Skills!

Kristen's culinary skills are always impressive. She's made this crazy ice cream filled cake for an event at her school. Check out a piece that she saved for me. It was a chocolate cake filled with cookies & cream ice cream. Don't you wish your wife could cook like mine!

Equal Time

In an effort for equal time. I'm also interested in Romney.

Obama's Selma Speech

I'am watching Barack Obama's speech in Selma today. Wow! It was played on CNN. If you get a chance to watch it's worth the effort. Check the first 1/2 out right here.

4.2 Earthquake

On Friday night, the Bay Area was hit with a moderate earthquake. It was a 4.2 mag earthquake located about 12 miles south of us in Lafayette, CA. It was the biggest earthquake we've felt since being here. Our whole house shook pretty good for 5-10 secs. Luckily, nothing broke or fell down. And most importantly there was no report of any major structural issues or injuries.
